Soapbox 3 months agoHow much LP is used per unit time, and how much is it costing us? I need an average.
I was considering building a windmill back in December to provide heat instead of using LP. However, I thought we were going to go into hibernation totally and didn’t do anything about it at the time. However, depending on the rate of LP use, it might still be…[Read more]-
Currently there is zero LP used, there is no heater onsite. We have used K1 recently, but there are no overnight occupiers since our carport style tent was taken down. We have a plan to install a ”hoop house” onsite. Like this: http://cru.cahe.wsu.edu/CEPublications/em015/em015.pdf which may alter the heating requirement.

Thanks for sharing your thoughts! I completely agree with you about not wanting to sit around and freeze my ass off.
I’ve been to some GAs. However, I’m not sure if I’ve been to a GA that you’ve also been to based on your name here. I’m curious to learn more about your ideas that are being shot down. Would you share them?
Also, by “shot…[Read more]
